We recently added a 3rd bedroom!

Located just right off the Tropic of Cancer beach, this vacation home is a relaxing spot for families.

This modern house accommodates up to 6 people and is fully equipped with everything you need.

The great room has an open concept that includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining space, a living room/family TV room, a laundry and half bathroom.

All Bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. We have 2 bedrooms that have king size bed with a porch access, and the third is more accommodating for children/younger guests and has 2 full size beds with no porch access.

There is a wrap around porch that connects 2 bedrooms and the living room.

A few steps away, a gazebo overlooks the sandy and crystal clear waters.

The property also has 2 outdoor showers: 1 by the beach in the gazebo, and 1 at the house in between the bedrooms.

The property is located on the east end of the Tropic of Cancer beach, away from the main traffic of the beach, making it very quiet.

Kayaks and paddleboards are available if you want to explore further, and snorkeling gear will give you the opportunity to enjoy the colorful marine wildlife.

The beach is safe and quiet, perfect for swimming or sunbathing.
