1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We advise guests to book well in advance to secure their desired dates.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change. In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please note our cancellation policy as follows:
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
This policy is in place to help us manage our bookings and provide the best service to all our guests.
2. General Policies
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am unless we can make other arrangement if we have vacancy prior or after your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties and parties are not allowed.
Patio furniture cannot be used on the beach.
No pets.
3. Damage Policy
We hope that all our guests treat our properties with care. However, in the event of any damage:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
Charges will be assessed based on the extent of the damage and will be charged to the guest's account.
We reserve the right to charge additional fees for extensive damages that go beyond normal wear and tear.
Having more people staying at the property than the indicated capacity will be considered beyond normal wear and tear
4. Additional Fee for VRBO Inquiries
In cases where guests have made an inquiry through VRBO for any of our properties within the 30 days prior to booking directly with us, an additional fee will apply.
This fee is necessary to cover costs associated with VRBO inquiries.
The amount of this fee will be disclosed at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your stay with us and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Changes to Policies
Exuma Turquoise Resorts reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. The latest version of our policies will always be available on our website.
